This course has 4 sessions, one per week. This course is an introduction to Raja Yoga meditation. Raja Yoga meditation uses a simple meditation technique that can be practiced by anyone, anytime. The course is appropriate for those who want to learn to relax, to have less stress, or those seeking to get in touch with their spirituality / spiritual understanding of reality.

Lessons concern the soul, thought processes, the Supreme Soul and powers of the soul.

For those who want to study this meditation further, additional courses are available.

The course will be given in English. This course is free. Voluntary contributions are accepted.
